Introduction

Jumbo Coil Nails mostly are manufactured in a flat coil with a plastic axle and paper cover. On smaller Jumbo coil nails the cover and axle are not used. Jumbo coil nails are used in automatic pallet forging machines. In such coils the number of nails may range from 450 to 3000 nails per coil.

Shank & Cutting Point Types

The main types of jumbo coil nails include smooth shank Jumbo Coil Nails, ring shank Jumbo Coil Nails, and screw shank Jumbo Coil Nails.

       Other nail sizes, point, top and shank modifications are available upon request.

Painting coated coil framing nails are coated with a layer of paint to help protect the steel from corroding. Although painted fasteners will corrode over time as the coating wears, they are generally good for the lifetime of the application. Areas near the coasts where the salt content in rain water is much higher, should consider Stainless Steel fasteners as salt accelerates the deterioration of the galvanization and will accelerate corrosion.

Coil framing nailsfor treated lumber or any exterior application.  For wooden pallet, box building, wood framing, sub floor, roof decking, decking, fencing, sheathing, Fence Boards, Wood Siding, Exterior House Trim.  Used with nail guns.
