Introduce

Modern staples for paper staplers are made from zinc-plated steel wires glued together and bent to form a long strip of staples. 10F Series Staple Pin strips are commonly available as “full strips”. Both copper plated and more expensive stainless steel staples which do not rust are also available, but uncommon.

22GA 10F series staple pin are usually two-pronged fasteners made of metal that are used to connect or glue materials together. Secondly, large staples can be used with hammers or staplers for masonry, roofing, corrugated boxes and other heavy-duty applications. However, smaller staples can be used with the stapler to hold the paper together.

Advantage

  • The crown of the 10F Series Staple Pin can be used to bridge materials butted together.
  • Most kinds of 22GA 10F series staple pin are easier to produce than nails or screws.
  • The crown can bridge a piece and fasten it without puncturing with a leg on either side, e.g. fastening electrical cables to wood framing.
  • The crown provides greater surface area than other comparable fasteners. This is generally more helpful with thinner materials.

How to determine staple size

In choosing the proper staple leg length for a job, there are two basic things to consider: thickness of material to be stapled and hardness of the wood.

Generally, for hardwoods, wood penetration of about 3/16 inch to 1/4 inch is sufficient; for softwoods, up to 3/8 inch is sufficient. Therefore, the 10F Series Staple Pin  of the decorative staples should be flush with the surface below. However, if the 10F Series Staple Pin used is not flush with the underlying surface, – we recommend the next shorter leg length for desired results.

Application

The surface adopts copper plating technology, which has rust protection, fashionable characteristics.
