Introduction

Coil nails are shotrd by nails gun(coil nailser) continously. The advantages is to reduce manual labor and increase productivity. It is widely used,Especially suitable for construction,decoration,furniture,wood packing,automotive and other industries.

Shank Type

The main types of coil nails include smooth shank coil nails, ring shank coil nails, and screw shank coil nails.

• Screw Shank: A screw shank nail is generally used in hard woods to prevent the wood from splitting while the fastener is being driven. The fastener spins while being driven (like a screw) which creates a tight groove that makes the fastener less likely to back out.

Painting coated coil nails are coated with a layer of paint to help protect the steel from corroding. Although painted fasteners will corrode over time as the coating wears, they are generally good for the lifetime of the application. Areas near the coasts where the salt content in rain water is much higher, should consider Stainless Steel fasteners as salt accelerates the deterioration of the galvanization and will accelerate corrosion.

The coil nail is composed of a number of single nails arranged in the same shape and equidistance and the connecting piece, the connecting piece can be copper plated iron wire, the connecting piece is connected with the nails in the β Angle direction with the center line of each nail rod, and the nails are connected together, and then rolled into a roll.
